A lot of trainers would say no. A lot of trainers will say that you don’t need to differentiate between men and women when designing training programs. They’ll tell you that the physiological needs are nearly identical and only the hormones are different; thankfully, I’m not like most trainers.In fact, I disagree, and I believe that in a few specific ways, men and women need to train quite differently.
